This license applies to content created through the Wyrm’s Workshop, specific Kickstarter tiers, and other collaborative offers with Wyrmworks Publishing.

Commercial License:

This Commercial License (“License”) is granted by Wyrmworks Publishing (“Licensor”) to the Purchaser (“Licensee”) for the content created via the collaboration process. This License applies to the finished product and accompanying artwork, collectively referred to as the “Work.”

1. Ownership: The Licensor retains ownership and all rights, title, and interest in the Work, including but not limited to intellectual property rights. This License does not transfer any ownership rights to the Licensee.
2. Usage Rights: The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, and publicly perform the Work in any form or format for commercial purposes, subject to the following restrictions:
   1. Prohibited Uses: The Licensee shall not use the Work in any way that is defamatory, obscene, harmful, or violates any applicable laws or regulations.
   2. Attribution: The Licensee shall attribute the Work to Wyrmworks Publishing as the original creator in any publications, products, or materials that incorporate the Work.
   3. No Sublicensing: The Licensee shall not sublicense or grant further licenses to any third party without prior written permission from the Licensor.
3. Termination: The Licensee acknowledges that this License may be terminated by the Licensor if the Licensee breaches any terms or conditions outlined herein. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease using the Work for commercial purposes.
4. Limitation of Liability: The Licensor shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Work.
5. Governing Law: This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Licensor operates.

By purchasing or backing the collaborative design option, the Licensee acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Commercial License.
