We will reimburse You no later than 10 business days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods.

Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were received in the last 7 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging
- The Goods are not damaged
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Gift Cards.
- Digital or Downloadable Goods.
- Goods marked Clearance.
- The supply of Goods which were damaged after reception.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt (physical or electronic) of the Goods or proof of received return delivery unless otherwise arranged.
Product Review Request
Please note that we may send out one product review request email 30 days after purchase.
Dropshipping
For some products, we utilize dropshipping. If those products arrive damaged or unsatisfactory, we will provide contact information so the customer can communicate directly with the manufacturer.
Unavailable Products
If a product becomes unavailable after an Order is placed, we will refund the full amount of the Order.
Product Images
We sometimes use mock-ups or prototypes for product images. The final product may not exactly match the product image. Please note that variations in size and color may occur.
Prohibited Activities
Prohibited on our website: spamming, hacking, or abusive language, anything illegal in Minnesota.
Termination of Services
Access to part or all of our services may be terminated for violation of terms or illegal activities.
